Al Tazkiya Cleaning Services LLC provides professional cleaning services across various categories, including:

• Deep Cleaning – Starting from AED 239
• General Cleaning – Starting from AED 69
• Carpet Cleaning – Starting from AED 69
• Sofa Cleaning – Starting from AED 79
• Window Cleaning – Starting from AED 159

All cleaning services include cleaning materials unless otherwise specified.

1.1 Pricing Details

• AED 49 includes 1 cleaner for 1 hour (with materials).
• Each additional hour: AED 49/hour.
• Additional cleaners: AED 49/hour per cleaner.
• Prices are inclusive of cleaning materials and are subject to availability and location.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• Services must be booked in advance via our website or customer service.
• Our team strives to reach your location within 30 minutes, depending on location and traffic conditions.
• Same-day or emergency bookings may be subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made after the service is completed. Accepted payment methods:

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Ensure safe access to the premises.
• Remove or secure valuables before cleaning.
• Inform us of any fragile, damaged, or special-care items prior to service.

7. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse services if:

• Unsafe working conditions are present.
• The premises are in hazardous or unsanitary conditions.
• The client is abusive or uncooperative.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While our cleaners are trained and professional, Al Tazkiya Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for:

• Accidental damage unless caused by gross negligence.
• Pre-existing damage to items or surfaces.
• Any indirect or consequential losses.

Clients are encouraged to report any issues within 24 hours of service completion.
